Part of a project completed during a Summer 2024 internship with The Araca Group. Throughout the internship, I worked with a partner to develop a strategic launch plan for a set of holiday products to be launched for Araca's new hit musical, The Outsiders. This project involved working across departments with account managers, product developers, and designers to select a group of products that would best fit the wants and needs of our consumers.
My primary tasks for this assignment were to manage communication between the product development and design teams, to identify and develop user personas for our target audience, to create clean and aesthetically pleasing product mockups, and to be the primary communicator and director of a final presentation.
