Attached is the final presentation given for the Strategic Design and Management BBA major at Parsons School of Design. Over a semester, my group and I worked with the company Caddis Eye Appliances to develop a creative strategy to increase their sales. 
We began the project by meeting with Caddis' owner and identifying the specific goals of the company moving forward. From there, we worked on market research to find key competitors and develop a strategy to carve out Caddis' place in the market in a unique way. After developing a range of ideas and meeting with Caddis again, we began to storyboard and create rough mock-ups of our ideas. We then developed a three-tiered strategy called, "Find Your Strength", centered around telling the story of Caddis' brand and generating a greater sense of community within it. 
At the end of the semester, Find Your Strength was selected as one of the ten most excellent projects, which gave us the opportunity to present the project live to a large audience and respond to questions given by a panel of industry experts.
